Grand Central Terminal Light

At this point in my film adventure, it appears that it will be a long time before I can take a good photo except by accident. It happens often enough, but the difference between those images that come out as I wanted and those that do not has more to do with chance than with my skill.  It also appears that getting to a point where those likelihoods flip will take more effort than I’m likely to give it. The learning curve for working in digital formats is much more rewarding. I’m not going to stop with the film, but I don’t think it will ever become more than a sidelight.

Meanwhile, this is, obviously perhaps, a light outside of Grand Central Terminal, shot in black and white film on a very early Sunday morning just before dawn. It’s the first of a series.
