We visited this location on the first day of nXnw 2018 and it might be my favorite spot on the trip. There was such a variety of options to shoot: multiple streams, a bridge, a forest pathway and more.

This was the first location we visited in New Hampshire for nXnw 2017. The primary attraction was “The Basin” maybe 30 yards away, but this small waterfall and swirling pool was more interesting to many of us.

Today’s abstract doubles as an accidental portrait of my friend Dave Wilson, who inadvertently moved into my shot area without my noticing. I’m rather fond of this accidental composition.
