Both of these, as well as the other 2-3 dozen shots I took in a few short minutes, all looked better on the back of the camera than they do here.

I ended up choosing the top shot for the pair of overlapping light circles. I’m not sure what caused it, except maybe two separate car lights hitting the lens at the right way at the right time. I never could recreate in several attempts.

In the bottom image I like the motion of the bus captured in a hand-held 1/7 second exposure that turned out reasonably sharp for a camera/lens combo with no image stabilization, although the leaf shutter is very forgiving.
