East River Abstract

 

A detail of a larger shot of the East River and Manhattan skyline taken around dusk from Randall’s Island on a long but not super long exposure – 10 seconds.

I really want to do more stuff like this but I rarely seem to remember while I’m out and about. This one came to be rather haphazardly, but I’m quite fond of it.

    When I first saw this I thought maybe this was a little of motion blur added in processing. But the means don’t really matter – it’s simply a lovely abstract.
