I recently joined a Facebook group group devoted to Traditional Film Photography. So far I have not posted any of my work. I have just been enjoying the steady stream of quality work posted by other members of the group.  I see a lot of photographs online, and rarely have I been as consistently impressed with the output of a single person or group as I have been with the work shown in this group.

It led me to go back into my catalog and review my own film work. I continue to believe that the shots I took this particular morning in January 2012 on Coney Island represent generally my best film work. While going through the images I came across this one, which I previously overlooked. I do not consider it the best of the best, but until this weekend I thought I had found and posted just about everything worthwhile from that outing. This is Fuji Superia 400 film on a Contax G2 with I believe the 21mm lens.
