The title is a guess, I admit. I do not know whether in fact this house has anything to do with this bridge, but I cannot really imagine what other purpose it would have. It is far enough away from the railroad that it does not seem likely to have any rail function, and it has a fine view of the bridge so an operator could sit in this house and open or close the swing bridge as needed.  On the
