I suppose one could argue that this is not properly part of the series. Before I explain, let me note that Number 4 was here Number 3 was here. Number 2 was here and the first one is here. This is taken from a different point of view — not just further back but the window that is the main subject of version 1-4 is off to the left. This was actually the first image I took. Then I decided to move in and make that window the focus of my shots. The shot that became the first one in the series was also the last one that I took. In fact, I thought I was done, when I had one of those “aHA!” moments where I immediately sensed I had found the best composition.
It was only then that I considered presenting the entire series of shots. At first I expected just to pick the best one. But then I realized I had a little something here — not greatness — but something worth showing in full.
Anyway, you can see here the best view in the series of the Brooklyn Bridge hovering over and behind this building. I suspect there are plans to do something with this space, but for photographic purposes I really like how it stands right now.

21 Dec 2012Nice to see this final shot in the series. Each one has stood on its own as a single image. This one provides the context and the ‘fogginess’ of the background reminds me of the image you posted 10days or so back.
