I was across the street and saw the scooter speeding down the road and set up to get a panning shot as it drove by, but then it stopped quickly when the light changed to red. Disappointed, I put the camera down, and noticed a pretty young woman, well put together with the dress, jacket, and the sling bag. Crossing over to get a better angle on the bag, and feeling a bit like The Sartorialist, it occurred to me that there might be no better accessory for a pretty woman than a scooter.

3 Sep 2011If you hadn’t tagged the shot as being in NYC I might have thought this was shot somewhere in Europe. I think given today’s gas price this might be the best new accessory. Nice shot.
