What drew my attention was, of course, the sign chiseled in to the building facade. I found very little information about the E & J Burke company except for the references on this site devoted to collectors of antique bottles, which seems to indicate that the company was a beer bottler.
I got in late last night from a cross-country trip and a day that was productive but hectic, so this post is both late and brief. Later my friends.
