Wood Eye?

I first shot the Kong Kee Food Corp. loading platform from the other side. Then I walked around and decided that two views were better than one.  It is not just the graffiti, which for some reason I found less interesting once I noticed the same 2 words written on the fence in front of a vacant lot about two blocks away.

The post title is a reference to an old joke – not worth telling if you don’t already know it.

  1. The wall and sidewalk add some nice contrast and I really like the red tint in the treatment!

  2. The red and black tones are gorgeous. The little puddle reflections on the platform really complete this dramatic image.

  3. I dig the red in contrast to the black and white surrounding it. Fun shot man!

  5. Great title. Very grungy or moody looking and a nice touch by adding a bit of color.

  6. I can’t put my finger on it, but I find this image very compelling.
