I sure would not go down there, no matter what time of day! I like that little sun burst just barely visible on the tracks. Very nice image. Chris Nitz recently posted..Beer Label Friday Week 17
I could see how I probably would have passed this up looking at the fence. The shadow, colors, and starburst looks great! Makes me think shoot first ask it will make a great photo later. Ryan Sexton recently posted..Happy Firday! – Red White and Blue Water Drop
The view through the fence is awesome here Mark, what great drama! Love the shadows at play on the ground, too. Really great photo, my friend. Toad Hollow Photography recently posted..Bear Mountain
I’m lusting for the 14-24mm [D700 would be nice too]. I just am growing very very sick of my sigma 10-20mm image quality. My eye has become better trained and I’m really noticing its shortcomings now.
Thanks for the inspiration!

Scott, thanks for this comment and the one you left in the “Out of Phase” post. I’m sorry they were caught in the Askismet spam filter and that it took me a couple of days to notice.

29 Apr 2011Excellent shot today, really love it. The elevated tracks create a beautiful vanishing point through the fence!
