Live Bait

I spent a lot of time processing this one.  There was a lot of motion – pedestrian traffic to be specific – and I wanted to get rid of the ghosts.  There was also a lot of halos and glowing in the signage, lights and window of the restaurant.

The restaurant itself is fairly old by New York City restaurant standards.  I used to hang out there with my friend Chris about 15-20 years ago and I don’t think it was brand new then.  It used to have a cute bartender, and it probably still does.  I have always liked how it seemed out of place on its block, across from Madison Square Park.

There was a light drizzle when I took this, which accounts for the spots in the sky.
